During vacation, I wrote in my journal instead of directly online.

To trust trust, surrender and allow. To open to what will come. To be willing to be in the unknown. To know that all is well no matter how painful or difficult. To have faith in the journey, the unfolding.

This is the trust that I know, that I live, that I trust.

And then, too, there is control: the need to grasp and manage and stress over and fuss. This attempt at control, I am learning, often goes hand in hand with an absence of trust.
